I discovered in Sainte-Marie-Lapanouze a very original religious heritage. First, I found this cross (see image below) in the middle of the Anglard forest. Then I went to the village of Sainte-Marie where I saw a Romanesque church from the XII° century with its grotesque characters. At the entrance of the cemetery, there was a very strange gate, with a skull and crossbones where it was written "If you go by, please pray for us".

A cross whose name I forgot
